The software is built for Windows PCs. Let your tech know if you're using a Mac, phone or tablet instead.
Your download has started
- Go to your browser's download bar, usually found at the top or bottom of the window, and open Mako Logics Support.exe from there.
- A Mako Logics window opens. Press Allow.
- Once your technician connects, a green bar appears across the top of your screen. It stays visible for as long as they remain connected and includes an option to End session if you want to stop at any time.
When a blue Windows window claims it has protected your PC, select More info to verify the publisher is listed as Mako Logics LLC. Once confirmed, choose Run anyway.
No software gets set up on your device. Once a session is over, the application shuts down.
